Refund Policy – Nebulsi
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If it’s been 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, please state the reason for the return such as damaged, broken, etc.
Several types of products are exempt from their return. Consumables like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or liquids or flammable gases.

Health items for personal use
Personal care details
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds (if any)
A book with clear signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that opens
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will notify you of the refund confirmation or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time period.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before posting a refund.

We only exchange items if they are defective or defective. If you need to replace it with the same item, email us email@example.com
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return value. After receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver gives the order to themselves to deliver to you afterwards, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
